As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their Odyssey implementations. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive adoption of our solutions, and identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute success plans aligned with client business objectives
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential issues
- Conduct regular business reviews and executive briefings
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve client issues
- Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Experience working with enterprise clients in B2B software
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to business users
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and expansion
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Background in software implementation or consulting
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms
