New Odyssey Achieves SOC 2 Type II Certification

We are proud to announce that New Odyssey has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification following a rigorous audit of our security controls, data handling practices, and operational procedures.

SOC 2 Type II certification provides that confidence with independent, third-party validation.

The certification covers all five Trust Service Criteria: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. The Type II designation means our controls were not just designed correctly but operated effectively over a sustained audit period.

Key areas validated include encryption at rest and in transit for all customer data, role-based access controls with multi-factor authentication, continuous monitoring and alerting for security events, incident response procedures and disaster recovery plans, and vendor management and third-party risk assessment processes.
