As a Solutions Architect at Odyssey, you'll be the technical visionary for our client engagements. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and design comprehensive solutions that leverage AI, automation, and integration technologies. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with enterprise clients
- Create detailed architecture diagrams and technical specifications
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to validate solution approaches
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and IT leadership
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Contribute to the development of reusable solution patterns and frameworks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software or consulting
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms and modern software architectures
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and implementation
- Background in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF)
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
