We're looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems, helping our clients streamline their operations through intelligent automation. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies while solving complex integration challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust API integrations between enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
- Develop custom connectors and middleware solutions for client-specific needs
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into business workflows
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to understand integration requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration architectures
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on integrations
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and webhook architectures
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, NetSuite)
- Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, API keys)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato)
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration patterns
- Insurance or healthcare industry experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
